Advice and Response are gradually returning to work on campus, and can now offer face-to-face appointments, as well as continuing to offer online appintments and phone calls if needed.

If your students are invited to a face-to-face meeting, it is likely to take place in Crawford House, which is the main base for the team's offices. We do not offer drop-in or walk-in appointments and so a student, or a staff member on their behalf, must contact the Advice & Response team in advance to book an appointment. The best way to do this is to report any incident via the Report and Support website, reportandsupport.manchester.ac.uk

Getting to Crawford House

Crawford House can be found on the corner of Booth Street East and Oxford Road. The entrance is at street level via the Central & West Entrance on Booth Street East. Once inside the building, the offices are on the 4th floor, through the door on the right.

To reach Crawford House from Manchester Oxford Road Station, visitors can exit the station and walk onto Oxford Road. From there, visitors should walk directly up Oxford Road, past MMU until they can see two purple "University of Manchester" banners. The building on the left is Crawford House.

If visitors are coming across campus to the building, the University has an interactive map which can be used to look up where each building is.

The interactive map can be accessed by clicking here.
