The Mentoring Excellence Team supports Graduate Teaching Assistants in gaining either Associate Fellow or Fellow of Advance HE Mentoring Excellence, an award-winning team, focuses on providing mentoring and mentoring opportunities for Graduate Teaching Assistants (GTAs) to gain either Associate Fellow or Fellowship status of Advance HE. The team behind Mentoring Excellence has developed a sector leading scheme that sees GTAs at the core of all their operations. The submission outlines a clear interdisciplinary and cross faculty team supporting home grown talent to succeed in their careers.
