FSE PAL Inclusive Teaching Practice Team (School of Natural Sciences)

The FSE PAL Inclusive Teaching Practice Team: Alison Harvey, Aurelie Lenormand, Elika Aminan, Louise Walker, Martin Simmons, Simon Raw, Ashleigh Glazzard, Kai Prince, Pranavbharadwaj Gangrekalvemanoj and Iqra Malik.

The team worked together to develop a plan for this inclusive teaching training initiative. Staff and student involvement in this process was key. A series of workshops and support was devised.   The FSE PAL Inclusive Teaching Team (formed of 6 academic teaching staff and 4 Student Partners) developed and delivered an initiative to support embedding of inclusive teaching practice across FSE in the 2024/25 academic year. A series of workshops introduced core concepts and supported participants in identifying an area for improvement and forming a plan. Student feedback during this process was a key component. Each participant was then supported to carry out these improvements and reflect on the outcomes at a showcase event at the end of the academic year.
