Women in Cancer
The Women in Cancer network was launched in 2017 and is a supportive network to connect women working in all aspects of cancer research across The University of Manchester, including the Christie Hospital and CRUK MI. We aim to integrate students, researchers, academic and clinical staff to provide a positive and welcoming alliance.

The event aim to inspire confidence and encourage colleagues to conduct themselves in a conscious manner which embraces diversity and suppresses prejudice.

January - CAREER CHOICES; Should I Stay or Should I Go?
We heard from some women in cancer who have mastered career hopping and others who have built their career around their passion.
1st February 2017 12-2pm indoor picnic at the Holt Major, Paterson Building.

People brought along a dish of choice to share: hot or cold, sweet or savoury, home-made or bought, to make a fabulous buffet to graze on whilst hearing about:
