Women@Manchester

Women@Manchester is a network open to all colleagues who are women from across all parts of our University and in all roles.

We are committed to non-binary and trans inclusion across the University and within the Women@Manchester staff network. We welcome the contribution of all women from across our University and will continue to make strides to ensure it is a safe and inclusive environment where everyone can work together.

Aims

The network is about creating a group who can learn from, work with and support each other’s careers and the conditions for success whilst in parallel continuing to accelerate gender equity within our University.

Women@Manchester’s Co-Chairs are Dr Lin Ma, Lecturer, Chemical Engineering and Emma Shiels, Institute Administrator for The Productivity Institute.   

This network is intended to complement the existing vibrant women’s networks that we have across the University.
