Stay fit over the summer with our Be Active Zoom programme

Our summer six week Zoom schedule will commence 19 July and run until 23 August

We have a programme of Zoom classes offering Yoga, Pilates, toning classes, kettlebell, cardio blast, Zumba and gentle Tai Chi Qigong.

Please note that the all the Zumba sessions (commences 19 July) and the Wednesday Iyengar Yoga (commences 14 July) will only run for three weeks.

Introducing a new short class Zoom pass

We are trialling two types of Zoom pass on this six week Zoom block so you have the following options when you come to book:

Zoom class payment options for summer

  • Option 1 – Just pay for the session you wish to purchase – select the class and book
  • Option 2 – Short pass – this will give you access to all the 30 minutes session, this also includes Mixed and Athletic Pilates. Purchase a pass
  • Option 3 – Full pass – this will give you access to all classes, there are 19+ weekly sessions to keep you busy – purchase a pass.

Please note that the closing date to purchase a Short & Full zoom pass is Sunday, 25 July.
