Cases of alleged Sexual Misconduct and Gender-Based Violence may have multiple stages across the University's internal processes from initial report, to investigation, to a disciplinary panel. Individuals will likely have questions about the process that they're involved in and allocated Advice and Response Caseworkers (or other Supporters like the Students' Union Advice Service) will be well placed to help answer questions and navigate these processes.
The University has also produced guides for both Reporting Parties and Respondents which summarises the disciplinary process, includes flowcharts and answers some frequently asked questions.
