As part of our excellent benefits package and our commitment to supporting colleagues at every stage of their careers, we are introducing a series of financial wellbeing sessions running from October 2025 to July 2026.

We are taking action in response to our 'Your Voice Matters' survey, where you told us that only 49% of colleagues said the University offers a good pay and benefits package compared to other employers.

To help colleagues better plan and manage their finances, we have teamed up with a new partner Affinity Connect, to offer you expert-led financial planning sessions which include:

Planning for Retirement

Take control of your future with practical and realistic guidance. These courses are tailored to different pension schemes, so please check the dates that apply to you. Please see below for the dates of the sessions.
