CRM Access

Dynamics CRM is being introduced to The University of Manchester to allow us to better manage engagement with staff and organisations outside of the University. Dynamics CRM will help us understand the interactions that colleagues from across The University of Manchester are having with external partners and help us work together more effectively.

These training courses provide staff working with international sponsors and partners an overview of the functionality available within Dynamics CRM and how to record interactions and events.

To access CRM you must first attend the Relationship Management Overview session.  Click the link below to book your place onto this course via the Training Catalogue.

Weekly Clinics

There will be support post-launch from the implementation team and IT to ensure that users can make the most of this functionality.  Weekly clinics will take place throughout July, these sessions have been set up to dedicate time to users and allow them to access support, resolve issues or discuss best practice with Dynamics CRM.
