The Strategic Change Office provides expertise and support to change projects and improvement initiatives big and small across the University. We offer a wide range of services to colleagues which include:
Organising resources and activities to define and deliver a collection of related projects and activities, where more can be achieved than by managing them individually.
Managing individual projects by directing resources and activities to deliver a predefined scope of work, within agreed timescales and costs, from start to finish. Also overseeing governance arrangements and the management of stakeholders.
Creating and managing the engagement and communication strategy and plan for the project or programme. This includes defining an approach, planning specific engagement and communication activity, creating campaigns and content, and evaluating the success of activities.
We work in partnership with Human Resources, Finance, Staff Learning and Development and other colleagues to ensure that appropriate support is provided at the right time for projects and programmes.
