The Faculty’s Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Accessibility (EDIA) Team invites all staff in FSE to complete the first Faculty-wide EDIA culture survey. The survey will be used to gain a deeper understanding of how staff perceive their working environment in relation to EDIA.

Please note: this survey is for FSE staff only and is separate from the University-wide EDI Covid Survey and PGR EDI Survey.

The results of this survey will inform and support the Faculty’s EDIA objectives, driving action and progress towards equality of opportunity and a positive and inclusive working environment for all. The results will also feed into work on EDIA charter mark awards, including Athena Swan, the Disability Standard, JUNO, Race Equality and Stonewall Equality Index.

The survey will close on Friday 22 January 2021. It should take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete. You can complete it in one sitting or save your responses part way through and come back to complete it later. Your time in completing the survey is much appreciated.

To thank staff for giving their time to complete this survey, the Faculty's EDIA Team is running a competition for colleagues to win Love2Shop e-Gift Cards and will also be making a donation to charity. If you would like to enter the competition to be in with a chance to win one of two £50 Love2Shop e-Gift Cards and to vote for your preferred charity to receive our donation, please complete this form. The winners of the gift cards will be drawn on 30 November 2020 and 1 February 2021.
