Frosting installation in Engineering Builidng A workspace w/c 7 May

23 Apr 2024

Some minor disruption will be caused in the Third and Fourth floor workspace areas, to accomodate installation of frosting to provide additional privacy in these areas

Throughout w/c 7 May, contractors will be on-site across the Third and Fourth Floors of the Engineering Building A workspace to install frosting to various glass partitions. This follows feedback from colleagues around the need for additional privacy and confidentiality management measures in these areas.

We cannot provide a precise schedule for this activity but it is expected to last for the entire working week, progressing through the areas outlined below in stages. Disruption will be largely kept to a minimum but for a small number of colleagues whose allocated or touchdown working space sits directly next to these partitions, they will be required to relocate to an alternative space for the duration of the week as these desks will need to be moved to accommodate installation works (highlighted below)
