Maintenance works in Engineering Buildings A & B and Active Travel Hub

Routine servicing works will be taking place throughout March which may cause minor disruption for building users

Automatic window servicing - Monday, 18 - Friday, 29 March

External contractors will be on site between Monday, 18 - Friday, 29 March to service the automatic opening windows throughout Engineering Buildings A & B.

Contractors will endeavour to keep disruption to a minimum but workspace users located directly next to windows may be asked to temporarily relocate in order for contracors to perform servicing, and windows will need to be opened for a short time in order for them to be properly inspected.

Restricted access to Active Travel Hub - Friday, 22 - Monday, 25 March

As part of works associated with the refurbishment of the Booth Street East Building, the water supply to the Active Travel Hub will be isolated between 3pm on Friday, 22 March and 7am on Monday, 25 March. 

During this time, showers and toilets will be out of use. For alternative space during this time, showers and an adjacent druing room can be found in Engineering Building A, Third Floor, Core 1 - search Room 3A.021E on our digital map.
