Faculty of Humanities

As part of Our Future, Team Leaders/Managers in Humanities are being asked to run either one or two team level discussions – whichever works best for your team – to produce some big ideas for the future of the University.

The approach will be one World Café style session for all staff in Faculty Office instead of individual team meetings. The Director of Faculty Operations and Heads of Faculty Functions will host the Faculty Office session.

Our Schools are approaching Our Future in different ways, relevant to their areas, with the main format for these being team/department sessions where colleagues will have the opportunity to discuss where the University is now and where they hope it will be beyond 2030, resulting in the submission of one or two big ideas from each area.

Staff based within our Research Institutes and Centres will be encouraged to attend the appropriate school/team session.

Staff will also be encouraged to submit their individual ideas via the University-wide events or via the online form.
