University of Manchester Worldwide’s expert team offers guidance and support services to colleagues considering the development of their course in a more agile way from market insight, course design and development through to delivery.
Expert market insight is offered through the University’s dedicated Market Insight Team and our International Centres in Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai and São Paulo. In addition to conducting market research to establish the level of market demand for your course, the UMW team can also provide detailed information on learner requirements and undertake competitor analysis.
Course design and development
The experienced team will support you every step of the way through the course design and development process. We are using a standard framework and pedagogical approach, working closely with academic colleagues to ensure best practice in online course design and delivery.
Marketing and recruitment
UMW also works alongside Course Directors to develop marketing material and targeted marketing campaigns for courses. Ideally courses should be marketed a minimum of 12 months before the first intake. Our specialist team work proactively with candidates and Course Directors to ensure that suitably qualified, quality students are admitted onto courses.
