Campus Solutions is the University's student administration system, covering the full aspect of a student's lifecycle.
Use of the system generally falls into two main areas for staff – admissions and student records. There are also aspects of the system that are dealt with by central offices only, e.g. student financials which is administered by the Student Services Centre.

Classroom and online training
- CCCINT: Introduction to Campus Solutions
This is a beginner's introductory session intended for staff who are completely new to Campus Solutions, and is a good foundation point before undertaking further Campus Solutions training.
- CCCUIP: Course Unit Information Publishing
The Course Unit Information Publishing component within Campus Solutions is closely associated to the Course Catalog and builds upon the data already maintained within that area of the system. It allows for the input and maintenance of supplementary Course Unit Information for all courses within the Course Catalog (e.g. aims, learning objectives, feedback methods, etc.). Within the eTraining, you will complete interactive elements to understand the processes fully.
- Creating a CAS: A guide for admissions colleagues
This online course has been designed for admissions colleagues who are responsible for creating CASs for international applicants who need to apply for a Tier 4 Student Visa in order to come and study in the UK. The training will show you how to create a CAS record and help you to understand the overall CAS process.
The Recruitment, Admissions and International Development (RAID) office run various training courses for new and existing admissions staff. Please note that some of these courses are mandatory for access to admissions processing screens in Campus Solutions.
- CCCUGGTG: Getting to Grips with UCAS
This course is aimed at staff dealing with UCAS admissions. This session provides a detailed overview of undergraduate admissions processes and the UCAS application calendar. The session will provide staff new to undergraduate admissions with a broad understanding of the relationship between the University and UCAS. This course is mandatory for access to UCAS processing screens.
- CCCPGDEP: Postgraduate and Direct Entry Processes
This session is run by the Student Admissions Team and will introduce you to the University's postgraduate and direct entry admissions processes. This course is mandatory for access to Postgraduate processing screens.
- CCCQAINT: Quick Admit
This is available as online training. The Quick Admit SSO User Guide covers the process for quick admitting a student directly in to the Student Records area of Campus Solution, bypassing any internal University admissions decision/process.
