Programme delivery

Managing at Manchester cohorts will be facilitated using a blended approach with online self-directed learning and facilitated workshops.

Online learning portal hosted on Blackboard

The materials will be hosted within Blackboard. This allows participants to track their progress, and participate in online discussion forums and peer collaboration in between sessions.

Facilitated virtual modules

The facilitated modules are delivered online by the Organisational Development Team and associates. We acknowledge that online learning is more tiring than traditional face-face delivery, and so these modules are delivered through a series of sessions, interspersed with smaller group work and individual work.

The Impact event at the end of the programme will be delivered as an in person sesssion in a classroom.
