No staff are at risk of redundancy in Cohort 3, however we understand this might still be an unsettling or challenging time for staff impacted by the proposed changes.

After the job matching process is complete, staff in scope of Cohort 3 and redeployees will be able to apply for any remaining vacant roles (for example if you wish to apply for a higher grade role).
