Who is leading the changes?
The Operational Delivery Leadership Group (ODLG) has been created to oversee the implementation of Cohort 1 people and structures and technology and process. This includes job matching, assignments and recruitment activity, training, and transition development.
Led by Hannah Rundle, Director of Faculty Operations for Humanities, ODLG is made up of leaders from both student marketing and recruitment and applications and admissions, taking collective decisions about the implementation of Cohort 1 proposals.
Once we have fully transitioned to our new structures and technology, the ODLG will remain in place to oversee the operations of student marketing and recruitment and applications and admissions.
In parallel to ODLG, managers groups are being set up to oversee changes at a local level.
