Leading Change
Change affects us on a multitude of levels, whether leading on change, directly delivering aspects of change or being impacted by change. Sometimes we can share ideas and frameworks, so we don’t have to start from scratch in our thinking.
The Leading Change Portal aims to pull together these templates, guidance and approaches into one place to help you, whatever your part, in the change process.
We currently use these documents in the SCO and beyond to help us to structure change at the University of Manchester.
