One of the best ways to increase the exchange of knowledge and capability is to encourage the movement of people between University and external organisations.

Our funding provides flexible support for secondments between the University and external organisations to focus on the creation and development of impactful outcomes. This support also helps us to extend the culture and skills for business engagement, knowledge exchange and innovation at the University.
