Board Scorecard reporting
The Data and Analytics project is rebuilding the University's Board Scorecard to improve organisational insights and support strategic reporting for internal leaders.
The Board Scorecard is the University’s Performance Dashboard, available in Power BI. Through data visualisations, it helps internal leaders monitor progress on the University's strategic plan. It includes the nine "measures of success" from the strategy and additional metrics reporting on the objectives of theme plans.
Starting in May 2023, we will release a series of new reports covering key strategic areas. This will empower internal leaders to better understand their performance in relevant areas and inform planning for future strategic activities. Analysts will also be able to access the underlying datasets and build their own reports – safe in the knowledge that the data has been pre-modelled, with consistent definitions applied.

Reviewing and improving reports
Every time we release a new report in the Board Scorecard we will make adjustments and improvements to the existing reports.
These changes along with their version number will be clearly communicated.
