Hiring managers, approvers and P&OD's responsibilities in the creation and approval of new and direct replacement posts:

Hiring Manager
|
- Create a new job or choose an existing job for replacement in Jobtrain - fully complete all information required
- Add any notes you wish the approver(s) to see in the 'notes' tab in Jobtrain
- Upload all the supporting documents under the 'Approval Attachment' section
- Initiate the approval process - complete the vacancy approval form

Finance approver
|
- Act on the email notification you receive from Jobtrain to approve or reject the vacancy
|
Final approver(s)
|
- If the vacancy is approved by the first approver, you will receive an email notification from Jobtrain asking you to approve or reject the vacancy
- Add any notes you wish the hiring manager to see in the 'notes' tab in Jobtrain
|
People & OD Recruitment team
|
- Once the final approver has approved the form, People & OD Recruitment will commence advertising the role and advise the hiring manager when the advert is live
