How to get involved
Everyone will have a number of opportunities to get involved in Our Future.
You may want to read developing our future vision for a short summary of our progress towards our current strategy, the areas in which we could improve, scenarios the sector could be facing and some questions that this raises for us.
Team sessions
Your leader or manager will host team discussions in your area focused on Our Future. These discussions will give you the chance to think about the University today and the University in the future. Through these sessions your team will be encouraged to come up with a Big Idea.
Leaders and managers have flexibility in how they want to run these sessions – either as two separate ones or combined into one session. Team sessions will take place in September and October and your leader or manager will let you know how they plan to run them.
