Developing our future vision
As the University enters its third century, we are asking everyone – colleagues, students, alumni and external stakeholders alike – to have their say about the kind of institution we want to be and the direction we want to take.
Our Future is an initiative which encourages fresh thinking about the opportunities and challenges higher education and our own University will face beyond 2030.
Think boldly and freely, and share your thoughts and ideas, so that the combined experience and expertise from across our University shapes our future vision and strategy.
Your Big Ideas
Last October we asked you to come up with some Big Ideas – and you didn’t disappoint. From shaping our stance on sustainability to the structure of our degrees, hundreds of ideas were submitted. Prominent among the numerous innovative and creative concepts was one consistent theme – ‘how we do things’, and in particular our University’s culture and values. As part of the next phase, we are asking you to help us to bring these values to light…
- How you can shape our values
- Join the Senior Leadership Team for an open meeting on Tuesday, 4 June, 2019, where Our Future will be discussed, amongst other topics. Book your place.
