University switchboard – temporary opening times

The University’s switchboard service will be operating with slightly reduced hours with immediate effect.

The switchboard is usually in operation from 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday. With immediate effect it will be in operation from 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday.  

This slight alteration of a one hour reduction is due to the service currently operating with a reduced staff team. This is an unforeseen temporary arrangement, and the switchboard aims to revert back to the usual opening times from Monday 11 October 2021. If we can resume the 8am opening time sooner, then we will do so and notify University colleagues.
