New: learning and development to support hybrid working

Our University recently launched a set of hybrid working principles for managers in a pilot for Professional Services (PS) staff that will run until August 2022. 

As many colleagues begin to plan returning to campus, we are running a series of training sessions for managers to further support them in leading and managing hybrid teams

The three-hour online training session will cover how to build trust, communicate effectively, review outcome-based performance, ensure inclusion and support wellbeing, all specific to a hybrid working environment. This session is designed to ensure managers have the skill, ability and confidence to implement and manage Hybrid Working teams successfully, so that they develop and influence a more agile way of working, creating a ‘new norm’ culture.
