A public consultation has been launched on timetable options to improve rail performance in the north of England
We would encourage all train users within the Manchester area to respond as it discusses changing routes and frequency of some existing journeys to improve train performance by:
- Simplifying service patterns
- Reducing services to ease congestion
- Separating train movements to reduce delays
