Take time to enhance your personal and professional development
Our range of Learning for All courses are now available to support your personal, professional and career development. These courses offer a blended learning approach, combining engaging, self-directed learning with interactive facilitated online workshops.
There are some places on our courses for 2020/21 and you can use our Personal Development Plan tool to help structure your learning and select which courses or resources will best support you to progress.
Do also take a look at Staff L&D’s new Leading, Managing and Supervising webpages, with plenty of guidance and resources to help you excel in these roles across the University. If you manage people, do remember to visit the Managers’ Essentials site – a comprehensive toolkit for new and experienced managers.
Finally, there are still a few places available on the new Managing Remotely course, which includes managing hybrid teams.
