Our University has been shortlisted for two HEIST Awards, which celebrate excellence and innovation in education marketing.

Our Student Communications and Marketing team have been shortlisted in the Best Student Engagement Campaign category for their Six Ways to Wellbeing initiative.

Working with the Student Wellbeing team, they created a campaign to help students make positive changes to feel good and live well, gathering activities that improve wellbeing into six themes and launching the first of the two-month campaigns with ‘Give’.

And a team from across the Division of Communications and Marketing and the Faculty of Humanities have been shortlisted in the Best PR/Communications Campaign category for Humanities: In Focus, which represents Humanities research in a series of striking portraits and passionate short stories.

Connecting with staff, future staff and collaborators – explaining what we do and why others should be interested – it links to a core University objective to attract excellent researchers and become the location of choice for staff at all career stages, showing the calibre and character of our people.

The winners will be announced at an online ceremony later this year.
