Learn Chinese Brush Painting and Calligraphy with The Confucius Institute

The Confucius Institute will be holding drop-in sessions of both Chinese brush painting and calligraphy on select Tuesday evenings, with the next sessions taking place 25 February and 10 March.
Our Chinese brush painting drop-in will focus on introducing students to the fundamentals in addition to the history and philosophy behind this art form. Calligraphy is the traditional art of writing Chinese characters and our drop-in sessions are designed to teach you the basics of this beautiful technique.
No experience of art or Chinese is required for either, so our fun, informal sessions are for everyone and a lovely way to unwind after a busy day.
