Latest developments in Our People, Our Values theme of the new University strategic plan
Our People, Our Values, a theme that sits at the heart of our new University strategic plan was discussed by Patrick Hackett at the recent open staff meetings.
Our People, Our Values is driven by feedback gathered during Our Future that suggested it is not what we do or why we do it that needs to transform, but how we do it.
The seven areas we are looking at to help us deliver Our People, Our Values are:
- Our University values
- Great people doing great things
- Engagement and communication
- Planning and financial sustainability
- People and organisation development
- Technology, estates and environmental sustainability
- Digital innovation
Our People, Our Values is 3-5 year programme of work about our staff, students and alumni, and how our University operates. It is about all colleagues, PS, academic and research, coming together to work in partnership to deliver our purpose to advance education, knowledge and wisdom for the good of society.
