Summer Be Active classes

Be Active at the Wellbeing Rooms, Simon Building and Sackville Street, North Campus during July and August
We will be running the following fitness classes:
- All the blast series with Shelagh - Cardio, Body and Step
We will be also running:
- Hula hoop
- Abs/bums/back and bums and tums, quick ½hour express sessions
If you fancy a longer class from 45minutes – 1 hour we will be running Barre concept, Interval training, Kettlebell and PiYo.
We have many yoga sessions varying from 1 hour to 1½hours for example Sunrise Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Iyenga Yoga, Power Yoga and Hatha Yoga.
You may like a bit of a sing song with our wellbeing choir “Let's Sing” at the Wellbeing Rooms on Wednesday lunchtimes.
Pilates drop-in sessions will be running during the summer vacation, on Wednesdays 12pm -12.45pm at the Wellbeing Rooms, and Mondays 5.15pm – 6pm at the Sackville Street building.
