03 Jun 2019

We have produced a crib sheet for staff, explaining the University’s most prestigious extra-curricular accolade

Stellify students

The Stellify Award is the University’s most prestigious extra-curricular accolade and something that students can put on their CV to demonstrate their leadership skills to future employers.

It is part of our Stellify programme, a student-focused initiative that supports the University’s commitment to social responsibility.

Its package of activities guides students to develop the distinctive attributes of a University of Manchester graduate. This host of transformational academic and extracurricular activities will help our students stand out, make their mark and make a difference to the world.

The Stellify Award is given to students who have successfully completed our Ethical Grand Challenges, 40 hours of volunteering and two leadership roles.

The University has produced a crib sheet of information for staff, explaining the award and how our students can attain it. It also explains how it is recorded on your student’s Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR).
