Excellent? Could be better? Needs improving? Whatever your comments we want to hear them!
In order to constantly upgrade and improve your local facilities, we need to know where you think we could do better, what is most important to you and where we are doing a fantastic job, so we can keep on doing it!
This survey should take you approximately five minutes to complete and when you have finished you can enter into our prize draw to win £150 of Amazon vouchers.
A winner will be selected for each of the centres: The Armitage Sports Centre, Sugden Sports Centre and Manchester Aquatics Centre.
