Today is the last day you can vote for which charities will receive a £1 donation for each survey completed

The Staff Survey 2013 is taking place between 11 March and 19 April, and two incentives are on offer to encourage you to take part:

• A prize draw will take place each week the survey is live with the lucky winner (chosen at random by Capita) receiving an iPad
   
• The University will donate £1 to charity for each completed survey submitted

We’re giving you the chance to help decide which three charities will receive these donations – by taking part in a quick online vote. 

Just follow the link below and you’ll see a shortlist of national, local and international charities. Simply tick one charity in each of the three categories and submit your choices:

The charity from each category (local, national and international) with the highest proportion of votes will be selected.  These will then appear at the end of the Staff Survey and you’ll be able to select which one you’d like your £1 donation to go to. You don’t need to do anything else – the University will send your donation on your behalf to the charity you select.

The closing date for taking part in the online vote to choose the charities, is 5pm on Wednesday 20 February. 

The three most popular choices will be published on StaffNet and eUpdate soon after and will appear at the end of the Staff Survey.
