Be a winner with the Biggest Loser Wellbeing Week challenge!

Fed up of the same old diets? Why not try the Wellbeing Week Biggest Loser Challenge? You could win a year's worth of free Be Active classes or four UniFit personal training sessions.

If you want to take part you need to come along to our FREE pre-weigh in session on 4/5 February between 1pm and 2pm in the UMSA Lounge Dover Street Building where you will have your height, weight, waist and BP measured. Subsequent weigh in will take place at the same time on 26/27 February and final weigh in will be on 19/20 March.

In order to take part you must have a minimum waist measurement of over 94cm (women) or 102cm (men) or be considered 3+ stone overweight. You will be asked to keep a weekly food and exercise diary which will be submitted to the fitness team. The team will provide feedback on your submission if necessary and provide advice and guidance on physical activity.
