If you're feeling stressed or your productivity levels are low, then try this one-off Kundalini Yoga workshop and see if it gives you the boost you need.

Kundalini yoga is a powerful type of yoga that’s quickly gaining recognition as a way to align your physical fitness with your mental strength.

This introductory workshop will take place on Friday 18 January from 5pm-8pm in the Wellbeing Room (Dover Street Building).
