Egencia telephone lines will be disrupted this weekend

Alternative arrangements are in place for travellers who need to contact Egencia between 14 and 17 December.

Egencia, the University's travel management system provider, is upgrading its telephone system between 14 and 17 December 2012.

If you need to call Egencia this weekend, please note that the following arrangements have been put in place to provide a telephone service:

From Friday, 14 December (5pm) to Saturday, 15 December (8.29am)

Your call to the Egencia telephone lines will be diverted automatically to their emergency service teams.

From Saturday, 15 December (8.30am) to Monday, 17 December (8.59am)

The auto-divert will not be available and you should contact the emergency service team directly on the out-of-hours telephone number:

  • +44 203 130 9639

From Monday, 17 December (9am)

Normal service will resume and Egencia will return to business as usual.

If there any unforeseen problems, the Procurement Office will issue further announcements.
