International Student Check-in

Students not from the European Economic Area (EEA) must attend International Student Check-in before they can pay tuition fees (unless they have done this online) or pick up their student card.

Staff at Check-in will scan students’ passports and documentation so that students only have to show their identification documents once. Students will then be given a check-in card (see below image) to show staff across the University, making the rest of Registration much quicker.

Students can also get important and useful documents, such as a bank letter or an appointment with the International Visitor Registration Office (Police Registration) from Check-in.

International Student Check-in is open weekdays 3-28 September, 9am-5pm and Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 September in the Whitworth Corridor of the Whitworth Building (map ref 50).
