A big thank you goes out to all members of staff who participated in the StaffNet survey
The results of the survey are now with the Worldwide Intranet Challenge (WIC) team, who will be compiling a benchmarking report for us. This will be made available to you, as soon as we have received it. The results of this will be used to address the main issues that arose from the survey.
The feedback that we received was incredibly insightful and highlighted many concerns and frustrations, such as:
- Not being able to find information easily
- Multiple access points to information and services
- The poor quality of the search function
- Uncertainty about the point of truth of content
- Not being able to contribute or interact
