Explore this fantastic way to network with people from across the University, build contacts, share experiences, arrange events and socialise.
The University currently has the following staff network groups: Black Minority & Ethnic, Christian Network, Disabled Staff, International Staff, LGBT, Muslim, Women in Science, Engineering and Technology and Women returning from Maternity leave.
Each group meets regularly and have individual agendas and terms of reference. They are a fantastic way to network with people from all over the University, build contacts, share experiences, arrange events and socialise. Every member of staff is invited to join any of the staff network groups and although you may not fall into any of the ‘categories’ represented in the current staff network groups, you may have an interest, have a colleague or family member who you wish to support or simply want to find out more about how the groups work.
We are looking to boost the membership of all groups throughout July, but especially the membership of International Staff and the Buddhist Group. There is currently the opportunity to chair and co-ordinate the Staff Buddhist Network Group as the current chair will leave the University – any interested parties should contact:
