Antiques Evening at Tabley!

The Friends of Tabley’s new autumn programme of events gets off to a cracking start with a great evening devoted to a subject of increasing interest - antiques. And they have a star speaker as a central attraction.
Well-known as a regular expert on the BBC’s “Bargain Hunt” and “Flog It”, but even better known locally as the Principal Auctioneer and Valuer at Frank Marshall’s in Knutsford, Nick Hall will take centre stage for what promises to be a fascinating evening.
His talk is next week on Thursday 20 October at 7.30pm in Tabley House’s stunning Gallery, and is intriguingly entitled “Antiques Ancient and More Modern”.
Wine and nibbles will also be served during the evening.
Proceeds from the event will go towards the funds for restoring the chapel at Tabley House. The cost of this project is estimated to be around £17,500, of which £15,000 has already been raised.
