BII Symposium: IP and Commercialisation of Imaging Technologies

07 Oct 2011

On Wednesday 19 October 2011 (1pm) in Room 2.220, University Place.

You are invited to a Biomedical Imaging Institute (BII) symposium entitled ‘IP and Commercialisation of Imaging Technologies’ on Wednesday 19 October 2011 at 1pm (with lunch from 12-1pm) in Room 2.220, University Place. Speakers will be Drs Ed Maughfling, Chris Rose and Arnaud Garcon.

The symposium represents the ideal opportunity for researchers who have an interest in becoming involved in the commercialisation of their research. The UMIP team will talk about Intellectual Property, the funding opportunities that exist to exploit it and how UMIP can assist in the process of translating innovative research into products or services. There will also be an IP clinic at the end of the symposium for anyone who wishes to discuss their research ideas in detail.
