Team briefing training

There are still a few places left of a Team Briefing Workshop being held at the Staff Training and Development Unit (STDU) on 31 March.
The session is ideal for managers within the Professional Support Services who deliver team briefing on a monthly basis. The session will look at the aims and purpose of team briefing, with some hands on exercises to help you deliver team briefs more effectively.
The session takes place at 12.30pm-2pm, and while lunch is not provided, you are welcome to bring your own and tea/coffee/biscuits will be provided.
