If you have already opted out of receiving print copies but would like a desk calendar and/or wall planner, you can collect these from the Visitors' Centre in University Place.

UniLife and Staff Update are distributed to work addresses held in the payroll system. If your work location details change, please update your information by sending an email to:
If your payslip is sent to your home address, you cannot receive a personal copy of UniLife/Staff Update. If you would like to receive print copies of UniLife/Staff Update - and your payslip - at your work address, please send the following information to the above email address:
- Name
- Job title
- Faculty/School/Directorate details
- Your full address, i.e. room number and building name
