Director of Research and Business Engagement Support Services

Dr Andrew Walsh has been appointed to this new post from 1 March 2011

The University has appointed Dr Andrew Walsh as Director of Research and Business Engagement Support Services. He takes up this position from his previous role as Head of Research Policy in the University Research Office.

The new Directorate will bring together functions which provide PSS support for research and for engaging with business. Among the priorities for the new Directorate will be the implementation of recommendations arising from recent reviews of research finance and administration, graduate education, contract services and business relations.
