Revised Equality and Diversity Policy and guidance for staff on Religious Observance now online

The Equality Act 2010 came into force on 1 October 2010. The University has now revised its Equality and Diversity Policy in light of the new Act.

The Equality and Diversity Team have also produced guidance for staff on Religious Observance. The guidance supports the implementation of the University’s Equality and Diversity Policy in relation to staff and students fulfilling their cultural or religious beliefs, wherever possible.
