ECDL taught course at STDU

The ECDL taught course at STDU is designed for staff who wish to improve their computing skills.

Working in a small group with two tutors, you will cover the following topics:

• Module 1. Basic Concepts of IT
• Module 2. Using the computer and managing files
• Module 3. Word Processing
• Module 4. Spreadsheets
• Module 5. Databases
• Module 6. Presentation
• Module 7. Information and Communication

This ECDL course will cover the modules required for a full ECDL pass. 

Prerequisites:

• You must have some previous computer experience.
• You should know how to use a mouse and keyboard, and be familiar with the Windows environment.

Please note: You will be using Office 2003 during the course.
