Blackboard (VLE) survey: Stakeholder information requirements

The University has started a managed migration to a new, and more responsive, version of Blackboard, our Virtual Learning Environment. As part of the process, we are trying to get an idea what information about the performance and availability of Blackboard should be provided to stakeholders.
If you are UG/PG administrative staff, an academic or an IT professional who deals with queries on the service, or interacts in another way with the VLE, we would very much like your feedback on what information you might find most useful, so that we can decide which areas we may want to focus attention on.
